3. Digital Products and Resources
3.1 Refund Eligibility
For digital products such as e-books, guides, or downloadable resources:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- The product must not have been downloaded or accessed
- Proof of purchase must be provided
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
- Free resources or promotional items
4. Services and Consultations
4.1 Cancellation Policy
For scheduled services or consultations:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund
4.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
5.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Refund requests within 30 days of initial purchase: Pro-rated refund minus a 10% processing fee
- After 30 days: No refund, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
6. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Include proof of purchase
- Allow 5-10 business days for review
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us. We will review your case on an individual basis.
9. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or other applicable consumer protection laws. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
